We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. These timescales vary between 1 and 5 days. This applies to orders within the mainland UK and international orders within Europe.
These dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from JENEUVE, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to Customer Care.
To cancel your order please send your cancellation email to email@example.com. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product or to us in the original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the product for another product . However delivery charges are only refundable if you have canceled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are damaged or and a refund is made.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
